Interesting Facts: UVI is a program that guides young coffee producers into the creation and growth of their own coffee business. Cochadas begins with producers harvesting coffee in batches. As they harvest, cherries are stored in barrels for a set time. This means that at the end of the week, you end up with cherries that have undergone varying degrees of fermentation. This is an Unblended Coffee program.
