Notes: This coffee comes to us from the Don Sabino Micromill in the region of Alajeula in Costa Rica. Selected by Sam and Carter on their trip with Cafe Imports last year this coffee is a great showcase of what was present on the cupping table at Don Sabino. SL28 while being a Kenyan variety is very common in Costa Rica and paired with the also common Natural processing creates a really sweet tropical profile that we adore.
