An ancient varietal strain originally discovered on the Boma Plateau of South Sudan, our Sudan Rume comes from arguably one of the most renowned producers in the world, Colombia's famed Inmaculada. This specific lot has so much spice on the nose and in the cup. A real potpourri tour-de-force. In the same vein, it is perfumey; a bitey fragrant scene. But it doesn't lack sweetness. Instead of bright citrus, it puts forth bergamot and blood orange, in addition to purple fruits, fresh and dried; think prunes, plums, grapes, raisins, etc.. It is an enormous coffee when enjoyed from the dry aroma, through the brewing process, at its highest heat and to its coolest cool. We implore you, don't miss this!
