Fun In The Snow

Boston had a "wicked" winter this year. During one big snow fall, I tried some "cool" syphon-ing!

The coffee syphon is actually one of the oldest "contemporary" methods of coffee brewing. The idea is that it offers the full immersion of a French Press and the filtered-ness of a filter, with the added bonus of equal extraction. It's fun, time consuming, but tasty!
