Ethiopia - Decaf
Reminds us of: Florals, Red Apple, Red Grape
Region: Ethiopia
Process: Washed
Varieties: Ethiopian Landrace Varieties
In our shops we do all our hand brews on Origami brewers with the Origami conical filter. We follow a simple three pour recipe at a 1:17 ratio.
We do the majority of our initial QC through the cupping process. Once we have released a coffee we do further QC with our Origami hand brewing process. We often tweak things according to what the coffee is showing us. If you ever have questions about brewing, feel free to reach out to us!
We offer free shipping on orders over $65. We Ship out orders on Tuesdays and Fridays.
