Notes: Wush Wush is an interesting and rare variety that is a recent descendent of wild Ethiopian Landrace Varieties; similar to Gesha. All Arabica coffee comes from Ethiopia, but not all current varieties come directly from Ethiopia; i.e. Typica and Bourbon variety families have spent almost 200 years traveling the world and mutating in various terroirs. It seems that Wush Wush was brought to South America only 30 years ago.
