Returning from its hiatus, we are excited to welcome back this delightful Natural Red Catuai from Cup of Excellence award winning Finca Voo. Ivan Solis has now won the Costa Rican COE in the Experimental category twice in a row with Catuai from Finca Voo. Although this particular lot is not the one that got the #1 spot, it was grown in the very same terrior and Ivans excellent farming practicing and processing methods speak so much in this coffee. This coffee has a very nice fruit forward profile to it reminding us of Key Lime Pie, Marzipan, and Green Apple Pie.
