Notes: Finca Voo has been a plot of land that Ivan Solis has dreamt about since he was young. He knew it was a fantastic plot because it hadn't been used to grow production crops for decades AND had cows grazing all over (i.e. loads of great natural fertilizer). The specific plot, Finca Voo, has recently produced Cup of Excellence winning lots; some that are not too dissimilar to the one we have! It's a simple Natural process with a pretty typical variety (Red Catuai), the beauty of this lot is where it is grown: a perfect set of soil and microclimate circumstances!
