"Farm Gate Value" refers to the market value of an agricultural product minus the selling costs (shipping, tariffs, etc.). Our vision is a "buying club" or CSA, of sorts. The point of this club is to try and connect the "consumer" more directly to the source. In addition to experiencing economic intimacy with the producers, we will explore producers's most experimental lots, encouraging continued development in the industry. The general idea is as follows:

Annual buy-in of $500

Annual meeting & calibration tasting at the SK Roastery

6-8 exclussive club lots each year (quantity of each lot will change depending on price and lot size)

Annual booklet with details on farmers, processes, lots, and price transparency reports
